Emmanuel Urquieta, MD, MS, FAsMA, Vice Chair of Aerospace Medicine and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, will discuss the development of UCF’s new aerospace medicine program, its emerging capabilities, and its vision for the future. The presentation will explore how the program aims to advance aerospace medicine research, educate the next generation of professionals, and support human health during future spaceflight and exploration missions.
Hosted by Kate Flickinger, MS, PhD, this public event welcomes clinicians, scientists, engineers, educators, students, aerospace professionals, and anyone interested in space medicine and human exploration.
