The Massachusetts General Brigham Space Medicine Fellowship and Wilderness Medicine Fellowship are situated in the Space, Ecological, Arctic, and Resource-limited (SPEAR) Medicine Division in the Department of Emergency Medicine.  Our operating philosophy is that Wilderness Medicine and Space Medicine are two ends of the same care spectrum - the provision of resource-limited care under austere conditions.  These fellowships are now open for applications for potential fellows interested in starting July 2027.  This panel discusses both fellowships, the application process, and clinical life at Mass General Brigham and includes Dr. Erik Antonsen, Dr. Taania Girgla, Dr. Chanel Fischetti, Dr. Stuart Harris and Dr. Brian Strickland.  Deadline to apply is October 1, 2026.
