With more than 12 years of experience supporting platforms used by over 50 million people, Aniket has led governance and quality initiatives at Chanel and helped shape digital experiences for Apple and Virgin America during his time at Work & Co. Today, he applies that experience to 3AM, a privacy-first voice tool designed for people experiencing late-night anxiety, while contributing engineering insight to OSMED’s Project Orbital Hospital.

Phnam and Aniket will explore how responsible AI, privacy, quality engineering, and human-centered design can guide the development of technologies people can trust. The conversation will also examine how these principles can support innovation in healthcare, mental well-being, and future human spaceflight.
