This session will explore what it means to be a resilient scientist in a global and rapidly evolving field, highlighting Fay’s international journey across New Zealand, Australia, the United States and beyond, as well as her work in microgravity life sciences, space health advocacy, and international collaboration. Attendees will gain insight into how curiosity, adaptability, and cross-border scientific partnerships are helping shape the future of human health in space.
